I been here for yearsssss and never have had any problems with the place . Staff is friendly and service is wonderful . Just pay ya rent and keep your self then everything will be fine here

Budget Suites is a life saver… I appreciate the staff being so patient and supportive with me… when I first got there I heard all kind negative things about management. When it came to my very own experience Kenneth was very helpful and understanding. Nothing like the things ppl were saying. And for that I’m grateful to have been place at the budget suites. Thank you for a place to call home while I Budget my life out the Suite way

It's a beautiful place to stay, not so much to live. It is a little pricey but it is a wonderful place. Security is always patrolling the area, so everything is always under watch. And all the lady's at the front office is always nice with a beautiful smile!

I have been here since Dec 2017. I have and am having a great stay. The staff is awesome especially nights! And I love Ms Ebony. I like the fact they all know me by name. Every time I needed something done it got done immediately! My air went out last year it was replaced the next day! Something went on upstairs over me to where they had to come in my unit and fix it and they gave me 20 bucks cause my rugs in bathroom got messed up. This is my 3rd stay and I have gotten back my deposit back each time. This is a great place to stay if U need something quick fast and in a hurry. Complainers get your credit and evictions right and U won't have to stay here. I'm staying till I get mines right. Thank Budget Suites! Y'all good with me! The only thing I'm upset about now is The internet! I think old customers it should have stayed the same! Its advertised so it should not have changed! If U gone charge 8.12 a week then let that be for the whole unit not by per gadget so yes internet would be one reason I would leave cause I got way to many gadgets! Especially My girl Alexa! She can't talk without internet!

Great option for those who need a temporary or permanent place to stay. I just moved to the DFW area for work and needed somewhere to stay till I find a more permanent home. I have stayed here a little over a month so far and the experience has easily been above my expectations. I don't know what the problem others have with the staff because they are all absolutely awesome. They are always a joy to deal with and ready to help. I can only conclude that the problem is with the reviewers not the staff. The room was clean when I moved in and is basically a small apartment. The parking lot is patrolled at night and everyone I have meet has been friendly.

There's always some electrical glitches, oven knobs were for wrong burners and phone jack wasn't done right. The plug went straight through the wall. And finding the right building was so hard in the order in which they were labeled. But this location was better than the one in Ft. Worth. Seemed cleaner. Overall I liked it.

Stayed here for a few weeks in between apartments…don’t let the old disgruntled reviews deter you. The complex is safe. There were no pests. The complex is clean and quiet for the most part, you might get the occasional car going through the parking lot playing loud music but that was it. The office staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the wifi…if you work from home like me, it won’t hold your VPN and it disconnects all the time…AND you have to pay $7.50 for each DEVICE that you need WiFi on. My phone couldn’t even find the network. Other than that, no complaints.

Great place if U can't get approved in a regular apt. I stayed one year and half. I had no problems They took care of me. My air conditioning went out The very next day I had a new unit. I only didn't like one of the staff her attitude was very stank, but the rest was awesome especially Ebony! If I ever need a place I would gladly go back!

Very homey place to be love my apartment that we have. The staff are really nice and love to joke around. I haven't had any in counters with bugs like other places. Great price as well I would highly recommend to live here.

Have lived here almost 5 yrs. Great place if you need somewhere to live that you can pay weekly. Never have had any problems with bugs or bad neighbors! They have security and the girls in the office are very nice!!
